At LaneyWest Creations, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.


Returns

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at laneyjournals4u@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a non-personalized item for a different size or style, contact us within 14 days of delivery at laneyjournals4u@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to accommodate, based on available stock.


Personalized Items

Because personalized items are made just for you, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

If your personalized item is incorrect or damaged, please email us with photos at laneyjournals4u@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly replace or refund the item after reviewing the details.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
